Employees at Indeed utilize a varying number of tools to produce and/or consume data. However, those who are not familiar with the data tools offered and/or don’t have the technical background to utilize these tools to their full potential can experience barriers. Furthermore, data discoverability can also be a challenge for users, leading to a significant time spent searching for answers on their own and hindering them from getting their jobs done most efficiently and effectively which can cause a major blocker in their workflows.

Information Management Magazine Article Ensuring Privacy when Implementing Police Body-Worn Camera Programs
One of the main concerns when implementing the police body-worn camera (BWC) program is ensuring the privacy of the individuals recorded. Therefore, it is critical that the implementation of the BWC programs and management of the records produced from the cameras be accompanied by a comprehensive, robust, and effective policy framework so that the benefits of the technology are not compromised by potential threats to privacy. To see what work is currently being done at the local level, I looked at the Austin Police Department (APD) as an example of how privacy concerns from its BWC program are being addressed within Austin, Texas.
There are currently existing resources that can lay out the core principles and best practices to include when designing and implementing an effective policy framework to address privacy issues involved in the BWC programs and these principles are also included in the article in addition to my recommendations based on current literature review.
